Right to Make Online Transactions

The wholesale online store is only for retailers. The following order and delivery terms apply only to orders made from the online store. These contractual terms will be applied to sale transactions between the Lasessor wholesale online store and retailers when ordering from the Lasessor wholesale online store.

Time of Delivery

All orders to the Lasessor wholesale online store are processed as quickly as possible. Time of delivery is 1-5 work days. A reception notification will first be sent to the customer, which means that the order is being processed. Customers with a valid billing contract or with Cash on Delivery as the chosen payment method, will be sent an order/delivery confirmation to their e-mail address when the order is delivery ready. When payment is made via Suomen Verkkomaksut, an order/delivery confirmation is sent to the customer’s e-mail address, after the availability of the products has first been confirmed. After the confirmation, the order can be paid through the Paytrail Plc website. Please check that the e-mail address provided in the contact information is correctly written. The order or its cancellation is always confirmed to the customer in writing by e-mail.

Delivery Rates

Lasessor Ltd delivers products via Matkahuolto or Posti. You can choose among three methods of delivery. When using the Matkahuolto home delivery, the order will be delivered to the delivery address given by the customer. The cost of home delivery is €10.90 VAT 0 %. When choosing home delivery, a phone number must also be supplied in the contact information. Alternatively, the Itella Postal Parcel can be chosen, and the delivery can be retrieved from the nearest post office. The delivery cost for a Postal Parcel is €7.90 VAT 0%. As a final option, Cash on Delivery can be chosen, by which the delivery is retrieved and paid at the nearest post office. The delivery cost for Cash on Delivery is €8.90 VAT 0%.

Tracking Delivery

When an order is ready for delivery, our customer service sends an order/delivery confirmation to the customer’s e-mail address. If a Cash on Delivery or a Postal Parcel is chosen, Posti sends a notification of arrival to the customer by SMS, when the parcel is retrievable. The tracking code for the delivery is available from Lasessor customer service at asiakaspalvelu@lasessor.com. In the near future, the tracking code will be found in the order/delivery confirmation. Non-Deliverable Addresses

We do not deliver orders to post-office boxes, hotels, hostels, or other addresses that are not directly connected to the retailer acting as customer.

Delivery Inspection

The customer must carefully inspect the contents and condition of the order and immediately make a reclamation if defects or deficiencies are noted. If the package has been visibly damaged during delivery, this should also be notified to Lasessor Ltd. Notification of defective or damaged goods must be made immediately and within two weeks of receiving the goods, by e-mail to our customer service address asiakaspalvelu@lasessor.com.

Payment

Products and their delivery costs are paid upon order or billed from customers with valid billing contracts. Purchases can be paid in our online store or via Paytrail Plc (online bank service payments, credit card payments; previously Suomen verkkomaksut) or with Cash on Delivery. Find more information about payments made via Paytrail Plc at the address www.Paytrail.fi/en. Customers with valid billing contracts are billed according to normal procedure.

 

Payments with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard

When the customer pays with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard, Lasessor Ltd only acts as the marketer of products and services, and the provider of the products to the customer. Lasessor Ltd is accountable for all reclamations. When making a purchase with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard, Paytrail Plc acts as the vendor and the sale transaction is made between the customer and Paytrail Plc. The vendor is subject to all liabilities connected with the transaction. Paytrail Plc is also the payment recipient.

Online Bank Services

The payment and finance service associated with the online bank service, is provided by Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc purchases the payment transaction and accounts it to the dealer. From the user’s perspective, the service functions the same way as a more traditional online bank service.

Pricing

All prices at the wholesale online store are listed in euros and without tax. In the online store, the prices valid at the moment of the purchase are applied. Any offers or campaigns only apply to orders made and confirmed after the offer or campaign has started. Offers have explicit information of time limitations and other terms. All prices are applicable either during an offer or for the time being, as long as the product is in stock.

Returns/Reclamations

All returns must first be settled with Lasessor Ltd.  We request that defects or deficiencies in products or deliveries be notified in writing, within seven days.

Quality Guarantee

We perform individualized quality checks on all our products. If you find defects in our products despite this, we will naturally exchange the product to a new and flawless one without additional charge. Warranty Against Defects

Our umbrellas have a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty covers defects and deficiencies cause by manufacturing.  The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer or damage due to wear from normal use. Reclamations must be made immediately when the defect is detected – if the reclamation is not made within a reasonable time from the detection of the defect, the warranty will expire.  The purchase receipt functions as a warranty certificate.  The warranty does not remove legal responsibility for the products – Lasessor Ltd is naturally accountable for product manufacturing defects even after the warranty period.  In warranty matters, we request that our customer service asiakaspalvelu@lasessor.com always be contacted before a return or exchange is made.

Validity of Contractual Terms

Contractual terms are valid for the time being. Lasessor Ltd retains the right to unilaterally change contractual terms without pre-notification, however, the terms valid at the moment the order is made, are valid for the duration of the order. Current terms can be found at the Lasessor online store and should be checked with each order.

Customer Register

Lasessor Ltd maintains a register of its customers.  The information stored in the customer register is handled in confidence and will not be released to any third party.  The legally required information of a customer register holder is available from the address asiakaspalvelu@lasessor.com.
